Pricing
RENTAL:
Rental of the basic unit with everything you require to operate and download data to a computer is $45 for one day, $70 for two days and $85 for three consecutive days.
VIDEO SESSIONS:
At the moment I can only do video sessions when I am present at the event. For $45 you get one video camera , $55 for two cameras, and data from one session combined and burned onto DVD. You can upload this to YouTube and share with family and friends anyway you see fit. Email me directly for more information. I am very excited about the video sessions and think you will be too. Not only is it very cool to be featured in your own MOTOGP style video you can actually learn a lot about your lines and bike control.
SHIPPING:
Units are shipped in time for your event. Shipping costs are actual costs from UPS, there is no handling fee! Your PayPal invoice will have the actual shipping costs including return costs.
Shipping costs vary based on how much time we have to get the unit to you. With a week or more notice it will cost about $20 dollars, with less then a week about $35 dollars. Shipping costs are the actual costs billed by FedEx, there are no packing or handling fee's. If we are going to be at your event you can pick the Traqmate up at our trailer. We will email you if we are going to be there once you make your reservation.
DEPOSIT:
While we sincerely hope nothing happens to you or your motorcycle we do require a $900, deposit to cover loss or theft of the Traqmate unit. Once the unit is returned in the condition you recieved it in there will be no charge to your card.
RESERVATIONS:
When you are ready to rent a Traqmate system fill out the reservation sheet and we will send you a PayPal invoice for the unit with actual shipping costs and deposit. Once you recieve the invoice pay via PayPal and your unit will be shipped to arrive a couple days prior to your event. When you are finished with the unit box it up, place the return shipping label on it and drop it in a drop box near you.
When the unit is recieved we will credit you for the deposit.
That's all there is to it.
